Thanks for the question Dane , sadly others basically copy and paste or drag and drop from the user folder off the old computer to a folder titled C drive on the new system this will copy files and folders but that is it , and they often charge crazy prices to do that. As a computer owner as well as a tech I know how in many cases both hardware and software is important on the computer so we do our best to move everything over that the customer requests in many cases as they start their computers up they will start up on their new computer as they left off on their old computer including their valuable software , emails , passwords etc. Often for a much lower cost.
